How to book the special rate:
Call the hotel (800-565-2020), our reservation code is 17775.
>>No credit card required to book, but it's recommended.

Book online:

1. Visit the hotel website, click on "Make a Group Reservation" at the bottom of the page.
2. Group ID: 17775 / Password: 37008427 > click to log-in.
3. Click on Make Reservation on the left.
4. Choose the nights you want to book during the convention, then click "Check Availability."
5. Choose the type of room (don't worry - the rate includes tax. It's a base price of $125/night plus tax.)
6. Complete your personal details, payment, and click "Make Reservation" at the bottom. You will be required to provide a credit card to guarantee.

Conditions; Your (1) free pass will be provided upon check-in.

*Hal-Con has 50 rooms booked for Friday, 100 each for Saturday and Sunday. If the hotel doesn't show any rooms available at that rate - please email info@hal-con.com to advise and we'll work with the hotel to try and secure that rate for you.

Other Info

Don't have a credit card?
1) If you intend to pay by cash/debit - you can choose to pre-pay the hotel in installments by dropping by ahead of time.
2) If you intend to pay by cash/debit at the hotel - they will ask you to pay the room + tax value of your stay, plus a $200 CAD deposit at that time.

Having issues?
1) The hotel website is experiencing intermittent booking issues - if you are having problems, please call reservations (info above).
2) If you are reserving an upgraded room type (not standard/classic) - there is limited availability.
3) If you are reserving outside of our booked dates - the rate may not be honoured. We have rooms Thu/ Fri/ Sat / Sun that weekend. Ex. If you book Wednesday-Sunday, it will error out.
