Special Events at Hal-Con

Geeks vs. Nerds is a debate series put on the by the folks from Geeksploitation. They are currently doing monthly presentations at Jokers Comedy Club on Spring Garden Road in Halifax. Average attendance is growing steadily and the sci-fi community as a whole is really excited for the monthly debates. New debators are welcome to apply and audience participation is heavily encouraged!

Past debates include:
Worf vs. Chewbacca - who is the better enforcer?
Ellen Ripley vs Sarah Connor - who is the better survivor?
Hannibal Lector vs The Joker - who is the bigger psychopath?

With Geeks vs. Nerds - we can look forward to three episodes; with one special episode being cast completely by Hal-Con's celebrity guests!
