Terms & Conditions

The purchase of any ticket constitutes accepting all of the Terms & Conditions.

Tickets are non-refundable.

The deadline to transfer tickets to another ticket holder has now passed.  If you are giving a ticket to another individual you will have to pick up the bracelet at Pre-Registration/Registration and make the exchange then. Paper tickets do not require our involvement and can be sold to another attendee without a transfer being required.   Hal-Con has no responsibility for secondary market transactions.

Tickets are available while supplies last.

Please bring the either the paper ticket or the QR coded online ticket (either printed or on a mobile device) to Registration (located in the box office of the Scotiabank Center) during the days of the convention. From there, they will be exchanged for their respective bracelets/badges.

Student/Senior/Military must provide corresponding ID to Registration staff, or will have to pay an additional $10.00 cost toward admission.

Some guests may charge additional fees for autographs and photo ops.

Guests are subject to cancellation or schedule change, due to professional or personal commitments outside of Hal-Con’s control.  In such circumstances, the Hal-Con cannot be held responsible and will refund any pre-purchased Autographs or Photo Ops in the manner they were purchased.
